I just purchased my second Kia Sportage from Danbury kia. Jeff Sousou was my salesman. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by so many friendly faces. It made me bet comfortable (and non stressed!) Jeff was very compassionate, knowledgeable,professional, and really showed he cared about his customers. I felt at ease with him, as he tried to work out a deal with me.There was no pressure just a genuine feeling of honesty and commitment. By my second time to Danbury ( first to pick out the car, and second to get it), I felt like we were good friends. I travel almost an hour to get to Danbury Kia, but wouldn’t have it any other way! I can’t wait to get my oil change and visit the gang. Also,Robin was so sweet and efficient …. I felt I could of talked to her all day!

I haven't perches a car from them but they are very nice people and they are quick to respond. They are glad to take in trade in cars too. :)

My sales person was Sam M.,Sam was super great, friendly, funny and did everything to make us comfortable why buying our Santa Fe Sport on September 26,2023, I have to admit we did shop around, but when we saw the Santa Fe and the price we couldn’t pass it up, we love the car it is just beautiful, and Sam and the Healey staff did all the work we didn’t have to do a thing, went in pick out the car and drove it home no waiting to pick it up. I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. During the purchase process there were some snags that he was very helpful in resolving and got the deal done.
