Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I have owned my 2013 with 32k miles and now have 132k. I have been very happy with mine and it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned and that out of 28 cars in my life. Its good on gas and when put in manual mode with traction control off is a totally different car. Most of you that blew your motor properly didnt get the oil pan changed like you should have been told in the recalls. Also just because you had problems at your dealership that doesn't make it a bad car. At least my interiors havent fallen apart like a Toyota with half the miles I have

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

Bought it used. Great car, reliable. Really fuel efficient and has good traction. I wish it had an additional 6inches of ground clearance and a 2.2liter engine.

We were greeted right away as we exited our car. The salesman was polite and informative. He gave us plenty of alone time to look at the car we were interested in and answered our questions afterwards. There were a lot of cars options in the lot in all price ranges. I believe they also offer financing on many of the vehicles.

Great car to use for daily commute. Easy to drive and gets good gas mileage. Maintenance cost are low and has been very dependable. Would recommend if you need a small commuter car.

I have owned a Hyundai Veracruz for a long time—I love this. One of the best for its money and reliability, it dedicates itself to you. If you maintain it regularly and with quality, it will succeed. I loved its practicality and size. Veracruz is a gas guzzler, but considering his dedication, it's good to ride in the city and great on the highway if you forgive him. You do not expect crazy performance from a big, heavy SUV. He is not designed to race. However, it has enough torque and horsepower to stay smooth and quiet on highways and in cities. You barely hear a V6 idling. The steering is decent and light. For instance, you are not tired from driving this SUV. The cost of maintenance is affordable. Of course, it has certain expensive elements, as does every other manufacturer. Not delaying services and not expecting the Hyundai Veracruz to be a racing truck are the two aspects that matter most.

The car met the needs of my wife for a mid to small vehicle. Plenty of room, good storage, easy to drive and goes in the garage easy.

In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. I've owned a Sonata 2.0T Limited since 2011. Only major issue was metal shavings in the engine block. Hyundai installed a new engine and everything us been perfect for the next 47K miles. I'm also 6'5" and over 300Lbs but I'm always comfortable when driving or being a passenger in the front seat. I would buy another one but my wife wants something higher to stay above the traffic.

I came in, as a first time buyer and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was shopping for a used car and the process went so smoothly and way easier than I thought it would. The car is used but in very good condition. Most importantly I didn't spend all day in a dealership. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.

VERY quiet - a key purchasing point for us. Styling still ahead of its time - looks much better than competitors. Plenty of cargo room. She’ll be with us forever!

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

The interior is very nice and comfortable and nice stero system heating car seats and sterling wheel heats up .Just wish would took more time on other parts of car like oxygen sensor and emission system problem with gas cap
