Excellent Customer Service (Steve Weedin and Erik - Asst Service Mgr) and from the Service Tech Damon who installed 4 new brakes on my 2018 Kia Sorento and also did a brake flush as well on Monday, November 20, 2023.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I found a truck on CARFAX that was up in Everett with Hyundai of Everett. Turned out the truck was at a small satellite car lot called Auto Right Lake Stevens. I arranged appointment with Preston Peterson and went to see the truck- a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500. It was an awesome experience dealing with Preston at Auto Right. They sell some of the higher quality used vehicles for Hyundai of Everett. It was a nice experience to be at a smaller low pressure lot. The big car dealership can see like walking into a pack of wolves, not here! I spent a lot of time going through, around and under the truck, a nice no pressure test drive and Preston answered all my questions honestly. The buying process was no pressure and I felt I got a honest, fair price. On top of a great buying experience I was in a rental car driving from Olympia. Preston followed me to drop the rental off At the rental agency in Everett, then drove me back to Auto Right so I could drive my truck back to Olympia . Been driving my new Santa Fe XRT for 40 days now. The vehicle is great and has been useful for me. The financing process with Hyundai Motor Finance has been positive too. No complaints. Love my new family SUV. My dog loves it too.

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Javier is the most hardworking salesman I have ever worked with. Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

You want no pressure sales? This auto dealer is great! They are honest and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle through them. I also found out they do consignment of your old vehicle if needed.

Eastside Subaru has always been a five star experience, they know what customer service should be like and they do it. I still recall my first service issue with them when they first opened. It was a dark out and I needed a headlamp repaired. Without an appointment the service manager asked me to purchase the part while he found a technician. The installation was free of charge and with a smile he said “I’ll see you later”. And it was that one kind and simple act that exemplifies their service department and keeps me coming back.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I bought one, loved it, sold it, missed it and was sad, so I bought another one exactly the same, am happy again. Awesome mid-size SUV. Good in all kinds of weather and haven't had a single issue with it. Do your oil changes as you should and keep up your basic maintenance and she will be a reliable vehicle well over 250,000 kms!

I love this subject. The Santa fe pulls my boat with ease, has great performance and handling. I still can't believe I get 30 mpg while cruising at 75mph on the highway all this from a roomy all wheel drive vehicle.
