This is a follow up to a review I wrote. My name is Michael Eugene Bully and I want to make a correction. The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Want to go hank every service dept for the wonderful service, starting with advisor hector,all the way to the service manager Ivelis thank you all and there should be a way to rate there performance as it is for the management team as well the sales,so the individual who deserves it can be rated appropriately for there individual work ethic

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SUV. MY FAVORITE FEATURES ARE THE INTERIOR, THE LIGHTS, THE COMFORT, THE FACT THAT YOU CAN CHANGE THE DRIVE MODES, AND THE COLOR.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have been buying cars for along time. Van Horn and especially Brian Christie are the best.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Beyond excellent so far. Incredibly luxurious at the price point. Huge back row for the segment. Comfort for all passengers with heated seats all the way back to third row. Cooled seats for front seats and middle captains chairs. Great sound system. HUD is great and infotainment system works seamlessly. My two knocks are no wireless car play/android auto. And I wish they offered a hybrid version. Other than that this car has been perfect for my family's needs.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan. Salesman Valentino Naeder made the purchase easy. The only drawback was the time spent (4hrs) at the dealership to actually drive home. Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. Near the 30 day mark I contacted salesman Pete who quickly had a permanent plate sent within 2 days. Thank You
