I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

It?s good I did my research and only went here to look at the one truck. With an over 800 credit score I anticipated it to be a quick purchase but they lost the keys then couldn?t find the sales guy that had the keys. Finally do the credit app and I have to fight for them to look for the lowest rate because they came back with the highest that popped up. If I didn?t want the truck so much I would?ve left. We finally get it finalized to go to finance and the finance guy was a shiny moment. Very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed extra late to get it done. Mia did good as a sales person but once the purchase was done she acted like any additional needs or questions were an inconvenience. Tracey in service was excellent!!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

This is the second time that we’ve used echo Park and it did not disappoint! I love that they don’t haggle and it is what it is. We came in with our own financing and they didn’t have any issue with it. Aaron Williams was amazing! Very professional very kind.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

They were a little slow getting things going at first but then really got on the ball and met every expectatation and need we had. From Antonio to Nathan to Darius to Jesus. Antonio and Nathan are new and have a few things to learn but then they handed things off to Darius who got the ball rolling. Jesus was our final guy who finally talked me into the first 12 oil changes which averages out about the same. Maybe a little more but at least they are paid for and my daughter got a beautiful ride and she is more than ecstatic. Great job AutoNation. This is the third new car I have bought from them. I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend him and would work with him and his team again. I would hope for a promotion for him Hyundai. :)

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

Great car. Matter of fact it’s the nicest one I’ve ever owned. Went from a Ford Explorer which had a horrible ride and all sorts of maintenance issues past 110,000 miles to the Palisade. Unbelievably smooth ride. Lots of room. Very comfortable seats. Dash layout is well designed. Fantastic price as well.
