Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

This compact hatch performs on a par with the VW GTI with far better reliability. I've driven one for 10 years and remain delighted with it. Two caveats: (1) 16" wheels and tires were standard and preferred. Optional 17"s give a tighter ride but are very sensitive to temperature changes and repeatedly set off the TPMS overnight. (2) If this Elantra GT has the standard ignition switch rather than the optional keyless ignition, talk to your insurer before buying it. Standard ignition Hyundais of this era are susceptible to ignition tampering and theft. Some companies will no longer insure them.

I live in another state and had a friend go check the car (Volvo V60)out even though it had a Carfax report. It was in great condition like Chris had told me and the pictures showed. I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

I began financing this vehicle November of 2021, and it’s been going ever since. The only issue I had with it so far was an engine misfire, new spark plug and coil and I was back on the road. This car is also very fuel efficient and I rarely have to fill up twice in the same week. I don’t recommend using eco mode as I found it ate up more fuel than it was suppose to. The interior is comfortable and spacious, making it easy to load in large grocery runs with the back seats down. The front seats are the most comfortable but are not the worse. I love the sleek look of the exterior and the front grill. Overall this vehicle has been very reliable and worth the money! As a first time Korean car owner (my last car being a Lexus) I will definitely be sticking with Hyundai for the long haul!
