This car met my expectation, engine HP 2.0 make the car run better than any-other car same category. I bought it used but CPO, so I have same warranty as new owner. I still think it is little expensive but all EV car are way too expensive. the EV range only 27 mile. I consider that a small range but I can drive in carpool for 5 years which great! Cargo space is small for a family size.

Car Max seemed very straightforward and transparent. Pricing is no haggle set pricing. I appreciate the excellent customer service and they appreciated my time. Carmax has simplified the process.

I have a commute of about 80 miles a day to work and over the last month of ownership, I have been extremely impressed with the performance and frugal gas mileage. The other bells and whistles have just enhanced my driving experience!

All the staff was pleasant and very professional. We enjoyed, especially working with Hector. Our sales manager that spent the entire afternoon with us helped us with any questions we had about the car and even took it through the car wash. We so appreciated all of his time and effort. The only thing that was difficult was waiting all afternoon for the finance manager, but you have to expect that on Sundays. He was very nice. Also very professional just took a long day to get to the paperwork, but we are 100% happy with the car and everything that took place.

Just disappointed that my 2026 Kona SE FWD doesn't come with free first 3 years oil change. Note: My daughter Angel Hamsa & her husband bought their car from AutoNation. My daughter wanted a new car for me instead of a used car. She suggested for me to test drive a new car as a retired grandmother who would be time to time have my toddler grandson riding with me. I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!
