I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

I would recommend MC Auto LLC ,Kansas City ,Kansas. I bought a used truck from them over the phone it was everything they said it was, delivered with no problems. Even after we agreed on a price they had there mechanics go back threw the truck and found a relay that was bad and fix it with no extra charges. I think that's exceptional service on there part. Good in all kinds of weather and haven't had a single issue with it. Do your oil changes as you should and keep up your basic maintenance and she will be a reliable vehicle well over 250,000 kms!

I was fed up with the same 4 square...look what we can do for you...I will tell and sell you a dream if you leave today with a car and have buyers remorse because you spent to much BS. Not here at Silver Eagle. Looked at a couple and Aldo (our salesman) was straight honest about what still needed to be done or what they thought they needed to do/look at. Didn't want to send us home with a car that we would call them about a motor or transmission problem. Not how they do business. They helped us figure different ways we could finance. Didn't blow up our phone when we left to think about our decision. I had nothing but a great experience. Answered all questions we had. Followed up to make sure we were truly happy. Ride could be a bit smoother, I has a pretty exterior good for city and good on the highway could have bit more power is 5th and 6th (they are a bit gutless). It has been reliable and cheap to maintain the tires are cheap for a car. great ABS and the grip in the winter and despite the fairly low clearance front wheel drive it can actually go though a foot of snow with a decent driver.
