I can say they did not disappoint! From the moment I reached out, to the time I drove off the lot I had a fantastic experience. They weren't pushy at all. Gave me all of the vehicle's service records. Let me take it for a drive on my own. It was really nice not to be hassled. I worked with Rome who was awesome! Felt like I was working with an old friend. The guy who did my paperwork, I think his name is Jeremy, was really great too. He took his time to make sure I understood all of my rights as a purchaser and went through all of the different products they offered to make sure I didn't have to worry about future repair cost. I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

This is a FINE automobile..performance and road eager,solid,and great looking inside and out. It was ahead of its time,.and compared to MANY cars I have owned and driven, it is a cut above still..at 99K..a great,gorgeous ride. Why it is undervalued by Hyundai and the market, I don't understand!

Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.
