We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I’ve premium Auto version of 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased in 2024 with very low Kms of about 65k but had an issue with starter motor when it came to 70k, other than that, it now runs lit. Been servicing on every 5-7k, it tops comfort & luxury & can challenge any modern car with similar features.

This car might appear blend but it is fun to drive. Parts are cheap. Very easy to fix. Just a very reliable car. In february 2021 my elantra has 424 k kilometers. I love my elantra.

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

The staff was very helpful throughout the process. I bought a car for my daughter there, and unfortunately within a couple of weeks there were problems with it. Vito and Matt were very responsive, taking the car back and making the necessary repairs without question or hassle. Very happy.

I recently traded in my 2010 ford fusion for this suv, so far ive enjoyed it. Ran into a very frustrating issue the day i bought the car. Not sure if anyone else has had the same issue. My model has manual lights so i have to turn them to ON when the car is started, once i turn them to OFF and remove the key from the ignition they parking lights stay on. I then waited 20 mins to see if they would shut off on there own and it wasnt the case. I then started flicking the knob to on and off and they still wouldnt shut off. I then restart the car and turn them to off again and shut the car off again. I wait for a click noise in the dash and try again and most times they shut off but tonight was not the case i sat there and fidgeted with everything possible and got to the point i wanted to disconnect the battery. Im not sure how this issue occurs or what causes this issue. Other than the electrical issues the car runs fine, don’t recommend letting it sit out in negative temperatures it doesnt enjoy starting in the cold. But runs very well drives well especially long distances. Gas mileage is good, fill it maybe once a week, drives really well in winter drove through 8 inches of snow without getting stuck. Very good car would recommend!

I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. But thanks to Peter, Adam & Michael they worked with me to get me in another car even before they received the check from the insurance company. My recent purchase was a Toyota Camry. It's super clean and has been an absolute joy to drive thus far. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help get you in your next ride.

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

Quiet, comfortable, and efficient, this Sonata Hybrid Limited has all the features I was looking for in a car. Lots of get up and go for a hybrid -- more than my Prius and a LOT more than my wife's Civic Hybrid.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Bought this car yesterday and drove home 285 miles against a 25 to 30 mph wind and at 80+ mph (mostly interstate) and got 31 mpg. The trip was non-stop and thoroughly enjoyable. Dealership got my phone set up in Android Auto and my Spotify music sounded WAY better than I had come to expect after reading "professional" reviews of the 6 speaker system. I thought it was more than adequate and the equalization program was good. Seats were more than comfortable, they were also very supportive. I emerged from the car with no TB. I wouldn't have been able to say that with other cars I've owned and some cost much more. Everything about the dashboard layout and Android Auto seemed intuitive. Bought the SEL with comfort and premium package so enjoyed the sun roof, LED lights etc. The ride was controlled, the road noise and wind and engine sound was noticeable at times but at no time was any of it even close to unacceptable or intrusive. I was amazed at how quiet is was in light of a number of paid critics' views that cabin noise is so problematic. Several people commented today that they found the vehicle very attractive and couldn't believe the purchase price. They thought it must have been a much more expensive purchase. I downloaded the Hyundai app and can now read the owner manual on my phone. It also will remotely start the car, score your driving (for your eyes only unless you want them to give it to your insurance company) and perform many more functions including remote locking and provision of vehicle status reports in real time. Your maintenance program reminders and records are also provided. I think this is the most car you can buy for the money. Many safety features are standard on the SEL including lane keeping, blind spot advisories , Auto braking etc. Before you buy a small SUV/Crossover at any price you should do a lot of research. If you do, you will certainly give the Venue a closer inspection. Just because it is very affordable is really no reason to not consider it seriously. BTW, the dealership in Sioux City IA is excellent. You won't believe how beautiful this one is when dressed in Galactic Gray!! Reliability rating is unearned at this point but I am confident that it will be earned.

I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.
