So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Josh Nussbaum was my sales person very nice and pleasant after I found the truck I wanted he made sure everything was easy and simple for me. He also made sure Fordpass was all set up and ready before I left.

We have the Sport Limited Turbo 2.0 in white. Power is good. But, sometimes it seems like the turbo isn't boosting as you're getting on the throttle. Stock tires are noisy, so we put some quiet Michelins on and it helps a lot. Interior-wise, the Nav panel and controls is really something to be desired. It just plains stinks. I'd love to have the newer radio/Nav display that the KIA's have. Trunk is very spacious and leather seats are comfortable. Overall, it's great for long trips (33 mpg on the interstate driving 77mph) and it's a nice looking car. Not as cool as our son's 2022 KIA K5 GT-line, though!

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

Bought a 2008 Sonata used for my teenage daughter. Paid $5000. It had about 100K miles on it when we got it in about 2016. She is still driving it 6 years later, it has about 150K miles on it, and it has never had a mechanical problem. We've done tires, brakes, oil changes, a radiator flush and not much else to it. Still 100% working order. If it dropped dead tomorrow we would have gotten our money out of it, but who knows - might go another 5 years/50K with no issues. Great car. Great quality. Great reliability.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I purchased this car new in 2017 with the intention of giving it to my daughter when she started driving in 2019. I ended up keeping it and bought her something else. I have been very happy with this car. It is approaching 100k miles and I have not had one major repair on it. I've always changed the oil on it at regular intervals. (Note-if you let the oil get low, the car may stall and the oil light will come on, especially when turning left, but that's on me.) I wanted an economical car and it continues to get great mileage--around 40 MPG on the highway. It has been on multiple trips to Florida and Georgia and it has done well. I am 6-3 and ride comfortably in the driver's seat. We are now a Hyundai family. As I think about replacing it with a small SUV, I will give Hyundai more than a fair opportunity to earn our business.

I just perished a car from Prestige auto I never drove a car with lots electronic gadgets, Hugh took time explained the different gadgets. DJ took me though the paper work. I own this 6th generation Elantra and have had no issues through 70K miles. I'm one to get oil changes every 5K - 6K miles and not much else maintenance besides the easy air filter, etc. I average 26 - 30 mpg and use it mainly for communiting. Parking spaces are easy in this and backing up as well with the HD backup camera. I hope it lasts 120K like my Sonata did before this.

Owned our Sonata since October 2017, and it had 38k on it. Now it just clicked over 100k and it's been a great car so far! On a good day, I can get up to 44 MPG and about 25 city. Power is good (2.4 engine), tackles inclines well, and keeps up with traffic. Interior is well thought out and fairly comfortable. We just came back from a 3,300 mile summer road trip and had absolutely no issues! I do all my own maintenance which means it gets meticulously maintained. My #1 complaint is oil consumption. PLEASE CHECK YOUR OIL REGULARLY. If not, you can kiss your engine goodbye! Only issues I've had were two dead batteries but other than routine maintenance, I can believe that this car will achieve 200,000 miles! Take care of your car and it will take care of you!

For a smaller sedan, it's alright. The gas milage is decent enough, and when you switch into sport mode, it's actually got a fair amount of jump from the line. It's a nice and practical car for the money. It won't knock your socks off, but you won't regret it, either.

In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. And unless something else presents itself later as a better option-I’d be looking at replacing it with another Hyundai. 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback GL manual

The sales person, Dustin, was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed the process because he was so personable. The whole staff was great!

Had car since 2015 and im guy washes wax every day. Got car at 100,00ish ive put 85,000 on it myself Heres what been done since owned ball joints 3 sets made cheaply... Exhaust work 2 times from rot . 1 ignition coil replaced High pressure power steering Line pipe replaced lasted about 170000 ish.. lower ball joints 2 times. brakes all around 3 times . at 185,000 and all 4 shocks have to be replaced timing belt at 160,000 replaced. 1 starter replaced Over all just regular stuff that wears out. Cant complain cars real easy to work on your self..all belts replaced twice. Never made me walk home So overall Cheap running Good in snow also never get stuck no matter what i try. Water pump and alternator water pump never been touched still work as intended
