This was our first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were promptly greeted by Salesman Ryan W. Ryan was kind, humble, accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

excellent warranty and after almost 10 years its been great, It has all the features in the Limited models. Backup camera is the best feature

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Outstanding customer service. Jacob, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and courtesy. After purchasing the Santa Cruz, he patiently described and demonstrated all the little details about the vehicle. He answered all of our questions even though some of them were repeat question. The entire staff is commendable from the sales rep to the financial advisor. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service provided by Edmond Hyundai.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

One of my alarms showed up and I was 5 minutes from your place, so I stopped in. It took a while because I didn?t have an appointment, but TJ was AMAZING!! He kept me informed of the progress, assured me that my issue was still under warranty, and he gave me one of his own cans of ?foo-foo? water, because he found out I like them. He went really over the top for my comfort and assurance, and I really appreciated it. In fact, I bought my car at a different Honda dealership because you all didn?t have what I needed when I was looking. I was planning to follow up with my repairs at the other place, but TJ changed my mind on it, due to his extra touch!! I will stay with Bob Howard now!!

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

Arnold was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. This was a wonderful experience. We were just browsing but ready to buy in the next couple of weeks and we will be using him for sure. Best dealership in the metro hands down!

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Just eclipsed 300K miles last week with my 2008 Hyundai Elantra! Bought it new and have replaced the alternator and that’s about it. Am faithful about oil changes every 8-10k miles. Amazing! Hope to retire in less than two years and drive 30k miles a year. Hoping it will last!

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Morgan is the greatest. We have a Rav 4 hybrid and I have been very pleased with the service. The only issue I would have, if the wait is very long customer should be updated to the status of repair work being done. But the service is great! I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

After taking my 23 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali for a diagnostic service at the dealership where it was purchased I left there with no resolve; so I took it to Bob Howard GMC and I?m glad I did. Mark in the service dept. took a genuine interest in diagnosing my trucks issue and ultimately got it running like brand new. He gave some good information about the use of Top Tier gasoline and even recommended where I could buy it for a reasonable price which was great! I?m taking my truck to Bob Howard GMC from now on! Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

We had no problems with the purchase of our MKX. Malachi was very professional. Paperwork took a long time, but we are very happy with the car. When our salesman was busy, another guy (Kim) helped out. That's teamwork!

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Awesome experience. Sales manager Mel Navarette was extremely helpful, considerate, and was anything but your typical car salesman. This man listened to our needs and helped us every step of the way. The entire team was friendly and helpful. They found the financing that fit my situation , in spite of my less than great credit and small down payment. It saved my life I was in a bad car wreck a couple weeks ago in this car I hit a deer and drifted into a tree and flipped 5 times and the inside lit up to help me find my phone to call the police and my radio and steering wheel still worked to help call the police the inside was sturdy not one thing was crushed into the car definitely would recommend

I appreciate the sales rep respecting my preferences, communicating regularly but not too the point of being obnoxious. I have heard from several different folks there (hope I did not leave one out) but all were professional and courteous.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.
