AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. During the purchase process there were some snags that he was very helpful in resolving and got the deal done. Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I’m a 6’5” man and I fit very comfortably in the 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. It is the only compact car that I could sit without my knees hitting the steering wheel and being able to comfortably extend my legs. I put my seat all the way back as you would expect which doesn’t leave much room for passengers in the back seat, but it doesn’t matter since I extremely rarely have passengers there.

The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

We went to Meriden Hyundai because I saw a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe there on cars.com. We went on a Monday. There, we met Tommy Ortiz. He thought that this car was sold. We test drove a new one, but unfortunately wasn't in our budget. He then informed us that the Santa Fe I wanted to see was still there, but needed some detailing. We went back on Wednesday. We took the SUV for a ride. I loved it and so did my husband. We sat down with Tommy, exchanged a few numbers and we said yes. Signed some papers, put a downpayment and it was easy. We went back on Friday and picked up the Santa Fe and it looked awesome! I am very happy now with my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe!! I would recommend the dealership, very professional. Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

I bought my 2023 Tucson Limited in May. As far as value for money, I have never walked away from a car purchase feeling I got a great deal! So far, she is very reliable. I feel the front seats are a bit uncomfortable for me because right after purchasing I had a knee replacement. The slight hump on the front passenger side was quite uncomfortable. My car is beautiful to me. So much so, I had her ceramic coated! She sparkles!! I love the warranty on these vehicles. My husband has an Elantra. However, as many may already know, there is a recall due to some fire hazard on the Tucson. Not sure if it will affect all models. There is so much to learn about the vehicle! I have learned most of the bells and whistles through YouTube! I have owned Hondas, VWs, Acuras, etc., but so far, this Tucson (aka Sparkle) is my favorite! Now, we don't do a lot of driving so I can't address the long-haul performance. However, I live in Atlanta - if you know anything about ATL, just surviving the traffic is a miracle. She has great pick-up and gets us where we need to go! Would I recommend these vehicles? Absolutely! Would I buy another one? Yep! But, in hindsight, I should have researched a barely used 2023 Tuson limited and saved myself a butt-load of money! (lol) The interior is well made and designed perfectly for me. The one thing I don't like, is not having the option to lock automatically once I exit. I also think the car should have had auto folding outside mirrors. Additionally, the BlueLink is very erratic. Once it updates, you have to go back and reset everything!! So, my suggestion would be when asked to update, don't do it until you have time to spend resetting all your preset items! This is such a pain!! One of m favorite things is the ambience. You can change the color of the interior lights to fit your mood. I also love the touch screen and how easily I can wipe fingerprints off. I love the hidden rear window wiper. The sound system is incredible! There is more this vehicle can do than I will ever take advantage of but having it available is what matters to me! Well, that is it for my review. Hope this helped!

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.
