I had been looking for a nice clean Subaru Outback for my father, I came across the list of this 2015 Subaru Outback at Getty Auto Sale & Service LLC. I contacted them via phone and they assured me that the vehicle was in great shape and it had gone through their service department for their routine Pre-Sale checkup. They also shared with me the list of items that were addressed during their check up. I liked the fact they were transparent and shared that vital information with me. I drove there from Silver Spring, Maryland and I could not be happier that I went to them. After a test drive I sat with my sales person Mr. Popal. He was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable and patient with both, my father and I. We made the purchase and most certainly will be back for any future car purchasing or service. Great place to buy or service your car, super clean and pleasant to visit.

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

I was looking for a Black Chevy Malibu, I came across a listing for a 2017 Chevy Malibu Black at Getty Auto Sale & Service LLC, I called to check if it was available. Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

Adam was extremely helpful when I went to test drive the 2013 Rav 4 Later that day I had gotten the funds together and made the first down payment on the car I am quite pleased the current quality of the car and I look forward to fully owning it once it's paid off. The next time I visit whenever that will be I'll personally thank them without them I think my old 2001 would have fallen apart on me on the road eventually. To be honest, my old 2001 didn't feel as rough as they said, I thought that was just how it normally ran aside from the backfire and slight hesitation, the Ravs when they get old can be a little quirky so I was expecting that, to me that was a normal. But I am happy with the new-ISH Rav nowand my life is made So much easier. Honestly: It runs really well, No major damage at all, you could have sold me on that car simply on saying "Hey the inner lights are Azure Blue." THAT was some immediate brownie points to getting the car after I figured that out. Love it.

The car met the needs of my wife for a mid to small vehicle. Plenty of room, good storage, easy to drive and goes in the garage easy.

the 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a smooth comfortable car with a potential flaw that Hyundai has, in my opinion, addressed adequately. First the Pros: It is stylish in both the interior as well as exterior design. It is comfortable, even for me at 6'3" and is not tiring for extended periods on the highway. The fuel economy is good averaging for me about 32 MPG with mostly highway driving. The engine has reasonable power when needed and is generally smooth. The cons are that the 4-cylinder Theta-II engine that the Sonata Uses, (as well as the Santa Fe and Kia Optima and Sorento) has a known flaw that causes the #4 cylinder connecting rod bearing to wear out prematurely causing engine failure. Hyundai has recently extended the Engine Warranty to a lifetime warranty on these engines and that includes if you bought the car used. I think this is a reasonable response. My Sonata suffered this exact failure 5 months ago at 164,000 miles and the engine was replaced with no pushback. The car carried an original 100K mile warranty which is still considered industry leading so, legally, any car over 100K miles Hyundai and Kia could have stuck to their original warranty agreement and taken no action. But that is not what they are doing. One of the reasons I gave Korean cars a try several years ago was the lack of response I got on a Japanese brand known for their high quality that also had a known failure point but took no action after the warranty expired. Because of Hyundai's ultimate response I still highly recommend the car. if you have a higher mileage Sonata, my advice would be sure you have some sort of roadside assistance, so in case you experience this same failure, you will not be left stranded. The good news is that in the rare instance you experience this issue, you should receive a new engine.

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

I live 100 miles away. Mike was so awesome to work with through texting and figuring out payments. Definitely will be looking forward to doing business with him. Unfortunately, we decided not to buy at this time due to unfortunate circumstances. But when we do, we will be asking for Mike!

We have the Sport Limited Turbo 2.0 in white. Power is good. But, sometimes it seems like the turbo isn't boosting as you're getting on the throttle. Stock tires are noisy, so we put some quiet Michelins on and it helps a lot. Interior-wise, the Nav panel and controls is really something to be desired. It just plains stinks. I'd love to have the newer radio/Nav display that the KIA's have. Trunk is very spacious and leather seats are comfortable. Overall, it's great for long trips (33 mpg on the interstate driving 77mph) and it's a nice looking car. Not as cool as our son's 2022 KIA K5 GT-line, though!

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. I had a 2009 Hyundai Accent hatchback . I loved it . Yes I bought it used . In Ontario Canada in June we had a terrible storm come through and A tree was up rooted and fell on my car . I had $ 183.134 km on it . I cried my car was in mint condition.no rust it looked new . Even the insurance company said it was was in really great shape. Sure I had to replace a few parts .I sure did miss my baby .I’m looking for another car just like this one put having a hard time finding one in great shape

Bought the 2012 Veloster shortly after its introduction. It has all of the trim options available, though I never learned to use them. This car has had a lot of pesky recalls, but that is like a lot of vehicles. There have been NO problems for my car, except for an inexpensive part repair in the steering column at about 90K miles. I bought this car because of 1) the great m.p.g., 2) the sporty appearance, and 3) to more easily navigate city traffic. My only complaints are: 1) the seats are not well-padded nor provide lumbar support, but they hold you great when zipping around sharp curves in the mountains, 2) it sits so low to the ground (as sporty cars do), which make it difficult for a tall and older person to get in and out. Those who desire a lot of power would probably be disappointed.

This was my best experience ever when buying a car. The guys here were great and helpful and they didn’t hassle us or hover over us while we were looking at the vehicle. They had a ton of knowledge and got us the best deal. They also went above and beyond and filled the gas tank up for us. This will be my go to place from now on when buying a car and I will recommend them to anyone.

It's already been 18 years. But it gives a different comfortable feeling than cars these days. The power is still great and quiet. Of course, there are many regrets, but you'll see how great this old car is these days.

I bought this car 6 1/2 years ago from a widow. It had very low mileage. It still does. (52,000 miles) At the time I wished it had a backup camera. But then I found an after market one with a t 9 inch screen that fit the dash and had it installed. Being retired, I don't put a lot of miles on it and wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be my last car. My first Hyundai, a Santa Fe lasted for 15 years and my wife's Entourage lasted 13.. Hyundai vehicles, with their long warranties deliver the most bang for the buck in my opinion. My wife now drives a Tucson and couldn't be happier.

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. These things will run forever! Just do your normal maintainence.Honda ,Toyota are overrated and over priced. 24 mpg in 2.4 engine.It won't disappoint! Smooth highway ride One of the quietest engines out there. Hyundai covered all recalls without a problem.
