I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

I bought mine in 2017, V6 FWD with 67,000 miles on it for $1200, was repainted 3 years prior as my guitar player sold it to me, he bought it new and paints cars for a living. Best get around car ever!! I drove miles and miles in this car never had to think, will it make it? NO, this car was the most reliable car I have ever owned, never left me stranded, I will surely miss it, I bought it because I also own a twin turbo V8 BMW X5, you HAVE to have another car if you own a BMW, lol, But IT has been down for the count for 6 months now , JUNK! So, I just traded it in on new car, a 2019 Toyota C-HR, I had the Hyundai for almost 5 years, I WOULD buy another if the price were right just to know that I have another reliable ride if needed. BUY ONE!! Great car people

So far, I am pleased. Still awaiting word on fixing the tonneau cover; but overall a great experience with plenty of communication from the salesman.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

We went to the dealership to trade in our Journey. I told my husband before we got there ?I sure hope we don?t get a true salesman. I truly dislike ?salesman?!!!! To much of our delight Ben was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. He listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions. He didn?t dismiss the little lady like most guys do. I woukd buy my next car from him.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

Top notch. Would never consider going anywhere else to buy a Subaru. Nor would I have my Subaru serviced any where else. We highly recommend Sutherlin. The service department is clean. The whole building is nice and clean. It has a great atmosphere.

We had to take my daughters Subaru in for service, We contacted Sean with Service, and made appt. we arrived an hour late unaware of time change and yet was met with super Kind people who immediately took vehicle in and started to find problem. We were unable to find a pet setter and had to bring our dogs with us two of them. Most places would have been taken aback but we were welcomed and taken to area to wait. All employees at Sutherlin Subaru are amazing, offering us snacks and conversations and including the dogs in the welcome. I recommend Sutherlin for buying vehicles as well as service, they are amazing and no one that walked by did not stop and speak. Also, service was so quick and they even offered a loaner car if we wanted to leave and come back. I am so impressed and recommended them to everyone. Real family care. Totally amazing. This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

I was very impressed with this dealership! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car I wanted. Scout Davenport was an awesome salesman. He went way above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. They even traded a car with another dealership so I could get the car I wanted. DO not, I repeat DO NOT Go to the Ford dealership in Cookeville. They tried to cheat me on the value of my car as a trade-in. Told me incorrect information and were extremely high pressure sales. Stay local, The dealership I would have to say gets a 10 star rating!!!

This is my 4th Hyundai and I buy them for the warranty. I even received a new engine in my last Hyundai on warranty at 120,000 miles. I do appreciate that Hyundai honors their warranties. I have had good luck for the most part with all Hyundais and love the comfort, amenities and sporty look of the Tuscon. My only concern is that at 1.5 years and with 30,000 miles I had to have the oil pan replaced but again thanks to the Hyundai warranty no cost.

Was honestly the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Had viewed my new Super Duty online a few times. Called the dealership one morning to make sure it was still available, and online price was indeed the sale price (was not the case at another dealership). They said yes, so i made an appointment, drove 1hr 15min, looked at, test drove and bought my new truck. They even had it delivered to my home!

When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

Sale experience was great! Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They did not try to steal my trade and there was no pressure to buy extra addons. Ryan Hutson (sales) and Kathy Martin (assistant) were very helpful all the way. I drove 4 hours and the trip was well worth it.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

Absolute best used car experience to date (47 yrs worth). Kevin and Pete were wonderful, very honest with every detail of the vehicle and process. I drove up from Atlanta GA 3hrs because of the pictures, documents and conversation with Kevin about the vehicle. I've been looking for weeks and seen may similar vans but by far this one was the best option for me and to make a 3hr drive i had to be completely comfortable with the details about the vehicle and price. No games at all. and they went way above and beyond even traveling 30 miles out of the way when I mistakenly setup to drop off my rental car at the wrong location. Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

Pete was very easy to deal with and had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived. I had driven down from Southwest Ohio to purchase my vehicle and did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership since we had a long drive back. He made the process painless. No surprises after we arrived.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Andy my salesman picked me up at the Airport. The car was detailed and full of gas. Lexi did a great job explaining the financing details. Everyone I met was highly professional and friendly. I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. The car I was interested in had more miles than I expected and I wanted a V6 instead of the 4 cylinder. They followed up again.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great car all around. Best bang for your buck. Until my wife's car I was not familiar with Hyundai. She has a 2015 sonata sport and it was so dependable and nicely equipped that I was sold on the brand when my wife's car hit 130k and she never did anything to it except brakes, new tires, and oil changes.. not to mention that one is still going strong today as well. So anyway... Bought the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate awd used a year ago with 50k miles on it for similar reasons others seem to have bought one. Dependability, comparable or better features than competitors in its class, not bad on gas mpg, tons of cargo space, great tow capacity, pano sunroof, heated and cooling seats, standard plug in trunk, second row captains seats that recline and move forward and back oh not to mention are heated, heated steering wheel, great v6 power house, privacy shades in second row, nice touch screen, awesome 10 speaker audio system with subwoofer, high intensity headlights, oh and a limited slip rear locking differential that is on vehicles like the new genesis suv or my ram 1500, both are around $50kish new with those options. The only thing I wish it had which my one year older 2015 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn has is front sensors for parking and led lit side door storage areas but that truck was $10-15k more brand new than the Santa Fe was new... So moral of the story, pretty impressive Hyundai.
