I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Sales people were extreemly knowledgable, cheerful, and not pushy. Maybe even more impressive were the mechanics- probably the most experienced mechanics I've ever delt with- and in 40 years of driving and working on cars, that's saying something. Where else can you go and try out a dozen cars from as many different companies, all in one place.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Been driving my new Santa Fe XRT for 40 days now. The vehicle is great and has been useful for me. The financing process with Hyundai Motor Finance has been positive too. No complaints. Love my new family SUV. My dog loves it too.

Had an enjoyable buying experience purchasing a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T. Joe was straight forward and knowledgeable salesman.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great car all around. Best bang for your buck. Until my wife's car I was not familiar with Hyundai. She has a 2015 sonata sport and it was so dependable and nicely equipped that I was sold on the brand when my wife's car hit 130k and she never did anything to it except brakes, new tires, and oil changes.. not to mention that one is still going strong today as well. So anyway... Bought the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate awd used a year ago with 50k miles on it for similar reasons others seem to have bought one. Dependability, comparable or better features than competitors in its class, not bad on gas mpg, tons of cargo space, great tow capacity, pano sunroof, heated and cooling seats, standard plug in trunk, second row captains seats that recline and move forward and back oh not to mention are heated, heated steering wheel, great v6 power house, privacy shades in second row, nice touch screen, awesome 10 speaker audio system with subwoofer, high intensity headlights, oh and a limited slip rear locking differential that is on vehicles like the new genesis suv or my ram 1500, both are around $50kish new with those options. The only thing I wish it had which my one year older 2015 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn has is front sensors for parking and led lit side door storage areas but that truck was $10-15k more brand new than the Santa Fe was new... So moral of the story, pretty impressive Hyundai.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

I've also had numerous dealings with public relations people, and I can tell you that Sport Durst is very lucky to have that guy.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.
