I started my purchasing journey with Rockwell Kia through an email query and completed it by purchasing a Certified Previously Owned Telluride Prestige X-Pro. I went through some quick exchanges through chat leading to some phone conversations and negotiations for a good deal. When we arrived at the dealership the staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly and efficiently moved us through the process. The car was in beautiful condition and looked brand new. We appreciated the great service and staff helping us get the car we wanted. Highly recommended!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and Terry was the sales man who also sold my mom a car his kindness and understanding made me me feel comfortable. His customer service was spectacular. The finance person was also so kind. I will recommend this dealership to others. They know how to make their customers feel valued.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I have always had an amazing experience with Greenville Hyundai, for almost 14 years. In June I bought my new SUV and I love it! She is fabulous! I recently had a flat tire, so I called the Service dept and they ordered a new one. I came in and they replaced it, under warranty. They're service is great and their people are courteous and respectful! Did I mention the Hot Cocoa and Car Wash?! They are always thoughtful and accommodating. I truly appreciate them making me feel welcomed!

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Eric Tharp was a great salesman he gave her a really great deal and he was very informative he did not try to sell her something she could not afford. And he helped her get a car with everything she wanted in the car and she/we were very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone that I know is looking to buy a Hyundai.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

Even while under construction the service team was so efficient. Parts are hard to come by so even in lue of that fact the team was responsive. Diagnosised my car quickly, was very responsive as to the timeline, and any updates. Cost was reasonable. Before I talked them 5 other dealership and an 2 additional auto shops gave me 1-2 month turn around. Clay did it in a week.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.

Have nothing but positive experience with car. Low maintenance easy on gas and enjoy the ride. Would highly recommend this car. Very happy i purchased this car.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)
