i just bought my 4th Hyundai at Wilson County Hyundai. It was an incredible experience. Nothing like you would expect from a car dealership. Everyone there was pleasant and courteous. There was no pressure, only professionalism in every way. My sales person was Zack Hampton. There was no pressure only professionalism. This car buying process was outstanding!

Been driving my new Santa Fe XRT for 40 days now. The vehicle is great and has been useful for me. The financing process with Hyundai Motor Finance has been positive too. No complaints. Love my new family SUV. My dog loves it too.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

This past week I traded in mu 2020 Ioniq for a 20223 Hybrid Elantra and worked with Matthew Wright. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very pleasant. He was not pushy about the sale and gave me time to go home and think about it and return for the purchase. He replied promptly to an issue I had and I can rely on him in the future if I have any questions about my new car. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

Dylan was my sales person and he went beyond helping me, he even came in on his day off to help me sign and drive out with my new car. Philip McDonald is the ONE nonpareil Customer Service SPECIALIST (not merely "Representative") in the Service Department of Wilson County Hyundai. Mr. McDonald approaches his customers as if they are long, lost friends. His greeting and broad smile are genuine and welcoming. In stark contrast to the "colleagues" of Mr. Mcdonald; his professionalism rises above and beyond the "norm." This customer, having experienced worse-than-disappointing episodes with more than one of the aforementioned colleagues of Mr. McDonald, I resolved to stop taking my Hyundai (which I purchased there) to WCH for service. However, Mr. McDonald communicated that HE would be the WCH Pro to assist me in the care of my vehicle if I would return as a customer. Based on that promise, I returned to WCH for my most recent service. Mr. McDonald did not disappoint; for he is a man of his word as well as a richly skilled professional; expert in the technical & advising areas or his vocation. Moreover, he is steeped in integrity, kindness, and affability; possessing a genuine warmth of spirit for his fellow humans. I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

They were just doing a mileage/periodic check up as required. They were very nice, especially Jimmy, our head service specialist.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff at Miracle Ford. I was in the market for a new truck at the end of the model year and Miracle had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Chris Fitts is very knowledgeable on trucks! All of the sales staff were very helpful as I needed some instruction on the higher tech features. You can tell that the teamwork and culture at Miracle is world class! It was well worth my 125 mile drive to get this truck... I could not be happier.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.
