I had an easy buying process and continue to bring my car in for service. Yesterday a routine oil change went exactly as I thought it would! They had me in and out after just a few minutes! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of snacks! A great place!!

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . They went above and beyond to fix someone else's mess. Thank you so very much

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

My wheel lock was missing from my car, and they were going to call the Lexus dealership to get a replacement. I asked them to first look among ones that they probably had that were collecting dust. Jason searched and found the correct one! I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait and come back. He was also very personable and pleasant.

I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Got a truck from them bought running boards for the pickup but couldn’t put them on cuz running boards were rotted so called Tim’s an they said bring the truck down an fixed the issue thank you

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

This is a follow up to my review of 3/28. Went from disappointed to blown away and beyond pleased and satisfied. Spoke with them, they understood my disappointment and went out of their way to help me. Picked up my 2025 Corvette from them today, a week later. I highly recommend MacMulkin. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

We had a great and low pressure experience buying a car with Stan. We wanted something very particular and they had it. The car is in great shape and they did an excellent job reconing it. After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with the typical "sales guy" Stan was a breath of fresh air!

I have owned my 2013 with 32k miles and now have 132k. I have been very happy with mine and it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned and that out of 28 cars in my life. Its good on gas and when put in manual mode with traction control off is a totally different car. Most of you that blew your motor properly didnt get the oil pan changed like you should have been told in the recalls. Also just because you had problems at your dealership that doesn't make it a bad car. At least my interiors havent fallen apart like a Toyota with half the miles I have

This is my third Subaru purchased at Milford Subaru. I wouldn?t go any other place. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly and are helpful in every way during the buying process.

The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.
