We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

Worked with Pat, and he sold be a very reliable and affordable Subaru Outback. Wouldn’t budge on the price, but the car was priced well to begin with, and the car had to be fixed and they did a great job fixing it up. Very happy!!

Purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz with 25,000 miles. So far it’s the best vehicle I’ve owned. For starters, it’s a beautiful looking vehicle. I live in a rural country area and folks have approached me giving compliments and asking about the truck. It does stand out as a unique “truck” since they haven’t been out for very long. The interior on the premium SEL package is luxurious. Worth the extra money for the sun roof and heated seats. Seats are way more comfortable than the Elantra which I traded in. Performance is impressive. The Sel premium comes with the 2.5 turbo which is more power than I really need but I love the extra umph when getting onto the highway. The AWD is perfect for New England weather. I think the blind spots were worse in the Elantra compared to the Santa Cruz which was surprising. Great safety features, comfortable ride. Has everything I need in a small truck. The Tonnaeu cover in the back looks sexy and is worth spending extra to get the premium package. I can’t wait to add more accessories to my little truck. If you have the money i recommend checking out the Limited or XRT package. Nothing negative to report so far.

I love my little truck. I have a 2022 turbo. It will get up and haul but. It tows great. Only promise dash lights up when towing. They don't have a fix for it. Nothing wrong but is bugs me. For a $55,000.00 truck they need to fix this

I traded my 2021 Santa Fe for the 2024 Santa Cruz as the exterior of the Santa Fe for 2024 to me was a turn off. Great decision, Santa Cruz is a pleasure to drive, great gas mileage and reliable. Only shortfall is the leaky bed cover. Dealer said it couldn't be fixed.

Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. Love this vehicle, I would like a front end camera, the heated seat button on the dash not to my rear. More cubbies would be handy. Please get rid of the piano black.... It shows ALL the dust!
