We purchased it and the next day it didn’t start. We called Morrie’s and they quickly picked up the car and fixed the problem. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Service quality over the years has always met my expectations, with few to no lingering problems after service. Service experts have been helpful in securing appropriate financing for repairs (no such thing as a ‘cheap’ repair these days). Vehicle usually gets washed after repair, which is a nice perk. Waiting area can seem a little crowded, but there is a consistent and steady flow of completed work that manages the queue. Time estimates are fairly accurate. Overall, an above average if not excellent experience.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

Since the purchase, I have had several opportunities to “sell” the car as people approached me with questions about the Niro because they liked the looks of it of it and/or were interested in electric.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.
