Wow, what a beauty! A great balance of V8 performance, looks and luxury. Way ahead of it's time with all the technological features, even when compared to SUVs today. So much fun to drive, and I always look forward to driving it and taking it on trips. My only complaint is how the transmission shifts, but once you get used to it, it's ok. I bought the car used with low miles and definitely recommend buying one if you can find one that has under 100k miles. These cars can easily get to 225K+ miles with proper maintenance. You will not be disappointed.

I took a chance and bought a used 2009 FX 50 with 160k miles in April 2022. The Carfax showed that the previous owner maintained it well and took it to a Infiniti Dealership at one of the rich northern suburbs of Chicago. I did have to get a new Battery, Alternator and change out an O2 Sensor. Other than those wear and tear replacement parts my FX50 has been very reliable and drives great as it currently has 197,000 miles. The FX50 is a Big Time Sleeper and is Fast as I have recorded 0-60 runs in 5 seconds. The FX50 has incredible top end and pulls like a freight train on the highway. It is an absolute pleasure and blast to drive and it also handles very incredibly well for a 4700lb vehicle. The only downside is the gas mileage as I only average around 15 MPG but I drive this car hard and I speed a lot. The FX50 is also a very rare car as they usually have less than 10 selling in the country, Car gurus showed only 3 the last time I checked. This may be the best car Infiniti ever made that no one ever talks about and they put the very rare 5.0 liter race car engine in it. This is one of the best 5.0 liter engines ever built and it has so much potential for those looking to mod it. So if you get a chance to buy one of the top 100 best cars ever built and don't mind spending extra money on premium gas then go ahead and do it because I promise that you will not regret it.

As a business owner and a car addict I find myself constantly at dealerships looking at cars and trucks. Ive dealt with many high pressure dealerships that press hard for you to buy anything you set eyes on. Rocky mountain Eurosport has been quite the opposite. I personally dealt with Leon and Eli. Both were fantastic. Leon went above and beyond for me and helped find me the perfect vehicle. Allowed me to really think the vehicle over with no pressure and ended up pursuing it. All I can say is that the dealership has so many different options for vehicles. They offered to search and find the right vehicle even if it was outside of the dealership. Its a place that I plan to continue to purchasing from. If you are looking for the right car at the right price, I highly suggest checking them out. Ask for Leon or Eli, but im sure any of the staff would help out and go above and beyond. I have yet to have a bad interaction with any of them. Max is also amazing to deal with as a manager!

Pros: Power, Handling, Interior/Exterior Finish, Dependability, Front Seat Roominess, Rare Cons: Rear Cargo Size, Tight Back Seat, Gas Mileage, Some Standard Luxury Options Missing There is no doubt that this is an odd-duck SUV (more of a CUV) with spunk. It's low-production numbers make it a rare-breed and it's just a joy to drive. Technology and Sports packages are attractive, but pricey. Some typical options found on other luxury brands in its class are plainly missing as standard functions (daytime running lights, automatic liftgate, automatic gasdoor). But for a tall gentleman (6'4"), this vehicle is very comfortable to drive, and the sports package's additional leg support feature for under the thighs is fantastic for long trips. The power is enough for most and the stopping power is impressive for this 2+ ton vehicle. Little to no brake fade was noticed in hard driving. I would not recommend venturing too far off-road in this vehicle as the 22" wheels and short tires along with a stiff suspension with little articulation would be a bit harsh. Other reviews mention the lack of rear space and I would concur, but it's not intolerable. At the end of the day, this is a fun vehicle and one that I enjoy driving each day - all while being family approved!

The only minus about the car is 15 mpg . Otherwise you will be the one of the head turners on the road!
