Lorrie’s area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Lorrie is very proud of this organization and it shows every time! Integrity begins at the top! Jamie Nussbaum is an extremely professional individual.His affect is always pensive yet gregarious in nature. Jamie’s attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of his Service Department. The amount of pressure with work orders, pending projects, emergency customer drop-ins could make this Service Department of “FRENETIC HOT ZONE”. However, to the contrary, Jamie’s strong but calming presence guides his ship through another day of success for his entire team. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta are top Service Advisors. I’ve been most impressed by both of these professionals. These men take their positions most seriously. The initial intakes are thorough, the process is clearly layed out with potential cost and a clear timeline is presented. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta assure me they are dedicated to success. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the “Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. His videos that he takes of the work he performs are extremely informative. Sandro will always give suggestions to keep my vehicle at its peak performance. Sandro’s economic background is always integrated into his technical practice. It appears Sandro’s daily mission is to be the best “Economist-Master Technician” every day. Mission Accomplished Sandro! Finally, I have to acknowledge Jamie Nussbaum. He always takes a compliment and deflects to include his team. His conversations with me always demonstrate a pride he has of everyone on his team. I understand his pride in working with these great professionals. This G37x, Sport Model, exceeded my expectations. Always interested and shopping for a G-series Infiniti. I had been shopping and required to be AWD. Came across this G37x, which was also the "S" sport model. The performance is amazing for it being a sedan and v6, sport trim options makes it even more comfortable and user friendly on the performance. The luxury side of the vehicle supported the overall feel of the ride even with having the additional performance in the sport trim. Overall very excited and pleased with this Make and Model as a whole and recommend to others.

This car is awesome for someone looking for a performance vehicle but with out the sacrifice of room. It's a 2+2 seating configuration, meaning you can stick 2 adults in the back (might be a bit cramp but doable) and a decent size trunk for your belongings. It's powered by a 3.7L V6, yes, the same engine that's in the all so inspiring Nissan 370Z. But unlike the 370Z, it's not purely performance and doesn't kill your back with the rough stiff structs but gives you a balance for daily driving, with all the luxury and comfort that Infiniti has to offer. Outside design looks great and drives even better. Inside design is typical Infiniti luxury designs all over. This is the 370Z's rich twin brother that can do it all.

I am upset I am selling this car, we have 5 total cars in the family which is unnecessary. It’s a very reliable car and has no issues what so ever. Very very well maintained and never had an issue with it. Clean title with no accidents.

My car was built before Fiat became a partner with Nissan so the quality is much better than post Fiat Infinitis. I currently have 105 thousand miles on the odometer and will easily make it to 200 thousand without any issues if I continue the maintenance schedule. I did not give my a car a five on performance because the automatic transmission is controlled by a learning module. The transmission is strong and reliable but many people get annoyed by the delay caused by the computer controlling it. The only design flaw is that the water pump is internal and requires the entire engine to be removed when due for replacement.
