Walking in felt like stepping onto sacred ground where shiny Corvettes gleam brighter than Uncle Sam’s top hat. At one point, I swear a chicken strutted across the lot like it was picking out its own Corvette, and honestly, I respected it. The salesman handed me a hotdog while explaining horsepower, which felt like the most patriotic math class ever. By the time I left, I wasn’t sure if I bought a car, joined the military, or adopted a farm animal, but I know I felt free.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.
