Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

This car should be at the top of everyone's list who is looking for a compact sports Sedan. Have driven a variety of cars and this one outperforms the Audi, the Lexus IS350, the Lexus GS350, and has much more headroom and overall cabin space than the IS350. The infotainment system is not overly complicated, and the engine and drop won and breaks all respond well. The styling is sleek and aggressive while maintaining aerodynamics. If you can keep your foot out of the throttle and resist the urge to listen to the Symphony created by 330 horses coming out of 3.7 liters at 7500 rpm, then you will be rewarded with over 30 miles a gallon on the highway. The court is a little smallish on the inside, but the engineers did a good job at making sure every ants counted. The cup holders are smallish and there is not an abundance of storage in the globox or the console, but it is overall a great vehicle and the best part was it did not take long to get my wife on board.

The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.
