This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Coming after work late to view a truck and they stayed open, had it ready for show, let me take my time to test drive and run my own tests overall they were patient and courteous, and answered all my questions. I didn?t think I could afford it but they made it work! I am BEYOND happy and feel confident about my purchase! They were great!

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

Was looking to finance a use vehicle. I was having trouble looking into other places as I felt they didn’t really take the time to let me decide. It was more of a you should check out this car situation. A friend recommended me this place and I got to say they where really patient and cooperative. I really like to look into what I’m purchasing and by the end of me signing the last document. I felt good knowing I left with something I wanted.

This is my 2nd Infiniti. My prior Infiniti had zero problems in 14 years of ownership. I love this one too and will only buy an Infiniti now and in the future.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Had some noise taking in the front of my car. I’m already at 90,000 miles on my 2021QX 80 that I just purchased January. Turns out that’s the repairs were covered underneath the eight year unlimited mileage warranty that I bought is the time of purchase. These guys are great. Never feel pressure on buying any extra Which is why I keep coming back. Every four years I get about 450,000 miles on my vehicles because I travel cross country and they keep me moving and the warranty lets me sleep easy at night. Thanks guys.

The color grabbed my attention and the response kept my attention. It is the most fun vehicle I’ve owned so far. From the standard mode to the sport mode it’s fantastic but put it in sport + and it’s a thrill!!

I purchased a 2019 Mdx after searching for an MDX for quite some time. I felt McGrath had good options and pricing. I had not had great dealer experiences in the past and delayed the car buying purchase for that reason. This time around was very different. I dealt with Jonathan as the salesperson and Daniel in finance dept. They were both down to earth, easy to talk to and very fair as well as transparent. Both communicated well at each step , set time expectations and made sure the numbers were explained clearly. The GM and others also made a point to introduce themselves to the point where it felt like we were friends or could be folks you would enjoy hanging out with. The Q50 does well in many situations. Some models I test drove had exceptionally loud road noise for any car within a luxury marque. A bit perplexing.

I didn't however get a heads up about an Auto Chicago charge on top of the asking price price for the car. (899) So that does bug me a little. Not sure it would have changed my mind... but just pointing it out to me would have gone a long way for me.(

The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.
