The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

This is my 2nd Infiniti. My prior Infiniti had zero problems in 14 years of ownership. I love this one too and will only buy an Infiniti now and in the future.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I live some distance from the dealership, and they picked up my car and brought it back after service. They did the work I asked for - without upselling - and got it done in a timely way. The pre-repair inspection of common areas of concern like battery posts and tire tread was videoed, and provided before the service rep call to get my agreement to proposed work. All the staff I encountered in person or on the phone were polite and capable. I have been driving cars since 1955, and this was the easiest, least stressful, service experience I have had.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.

The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.
