Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I have owned my car for 10 years and it is the best investment I have ever made. I love the handling and I have only had to fix a couple of minor issues in the 10 years. It still looks and rides great!

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

The buttery smooth German feel driving and absolute beautiful styling and breath taking power its a huge bang for your buck. ive had mine with 90,000 miles and not one check engine light. the AWD version perfect for the tough snow and rain. if you find one with low miles its definitely worth it.

This car should be at the top of everyone's list who is looking for a compact sports Sedan. Have driven a variety of cars and this one outperforms the Audi, the Lexus IS350, the Lexus GS350, and has much more headroom and overall cabin space than the IS350. The infotainment system is not overly complicated, and the engine and drop won and breaks all respond well. The styling is sleek and aggressive while maintaining aerodynamics. If you can keep your foot out of the throttle and resist the urge to listen to the Symphony created by 330 horses coming out of 3.7 liters at 7500 rpm, then you will be rewarded with over 30 miles a gallon on the highway. The court is a little smallish on the inside, but the engineers did a good job at making sure every ants counted. The cup holders are smallish and there is not an abundance of storage in the globox or the console, but it is overall a great vehicle and the best part was it did not take long to get my wife on board.

I bought this car from Carvana in April 2019. It had 58,000 miles on it and was in excellent shape. If you want a sedan that has a great performance good styling drives nice and is rear wheel drive (Or AWD)...this is the car I would recommend. Get’s to 60...very quickly. Brakes well. I am having an AC vent actuator issue but it only happens once in a blue moon. No issues other than that. Gets about 18 - 19 mpg overall. I am 6-2 290lbs and fit comfortably.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

The Q50R is a rocket. The twin turbo 3.0 liter, 400hp engine simple rips, providing amazing acceleration. You feel it, but when you see your speed, you are often surprised. The seats are comfortable, the sound system is great. Mine is AWD with heated seats and steering wheel, which is great for our winters with sub freezing temps. The run flat tires are hard and provide a stiff, bumpy ride. I am switching to a regular performance tire. The Q50Red is rare in my area, and most people have no idea what it its. The perfect sleeper. Love it.
