Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

I found the perfect car -- a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS -- listed at a great price on Perillo BMW's website. Being from out of state (Pennsylvania), I reached out to the dealership remotely. At first, I hit some bumps with the initial sales consultant that responded; communication was slow and unhelpful. I almost walked away from the deal altogether. Thankfully, I called the dealership directly and got connected with Mike Fezatte, and that's when everything turned around. Mike was exceptional from the first conversation. He took the time to send me a few detailed walkaround videos of the car (even highlighting the rock chips), answered all of my questions promptly, and comes across as a genuinely good guy -- not pushy, just helpful and honest. I flew out to Chicago on a Saturday morning to complete the deal, and Mike even gave me a great local recommendation for Chicago pizza while the front office was finalizing the paperwork. The whole whole experience was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated. If you're considering a vehicle from Perillo BMW -- especially if you're buying from out of state -- do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Fezatte by name. So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.

Went to Platinum to look at an X5. It was in a little rougher shape than we were looking for (which explained the price being much lower than comparable vehicles), but Alex was very nice and suggested some other vehicles to look at. We didn't end up buying anything here, but they were very nice and helpful. I would go back to look again if they had something I was I interested in.

Glad we picked this make, model, and year. Comfort with great styling and tons of twin turbine V8 power. By chance, just before buying, we saw the same exact car in a parking lot. We, talked to the owner and he gave it high marks all around with no negitatives, that helped us make the decision to buy one.

I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.

The buttery smooth German feel driving and absolute beautiful styling and breath taking power its a huge bang for your buck. ive had mine with 90,000 miles and not one check engine light. the AWD version perfect for the tough snow and rain. if you find one with low miles its definitely worth it.
