You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

My brother bought a Mazda here a couple of months ago - I took a ride in it, great condition. Now I’m looking for my own car, probably going to check the same dealership.

Found truck online. Contacted dealer and spoke with Chris a sales rep for the dealer went over what I was looking to do and what I would not do. Never stepped foot in the dealer. I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

I bought the now six year old 2017 QX50 with 47k miles on it. ( I paid 15k USD). Aside from having to replace the radiator, ( I knew it going in) it's an awesome car! It drives and handles like a sports car. It definitely doesn't sip gas, but you have to let the big dog eat! The interior is on point with a luxury feel, but if you're thing is an awesome infotainment system , this isn't the car for you. This car is all about the driving experience. The engine has plenty of power and the transmission shifts nicely. It's not the quietest cabin when driving, but that's why it has a decent sound system. This car is made for those who want a sports car drive, without the sports car price! ( This has the same engine and setup as the 370Z). For me, this car checks all the boxes for performance and drivability. I love driving this car and would recommend it.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.
