My experience with Infiniti of Denver is always pleasant. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. On this particular day, my vehicle was in for service and to make a long story short, it was not worth fixing so, I decided it was time to purchase as new vehicle. The Sales Advisor (super nice guy) put me in contact with a Sales Consultant. This gentleman was great and did everything he possibly could to help me find the perfect vehicle and, made sure I was happy and satisfied. When working with the Finance Director on financing the vehicle, I must say how impressed I was with outcome. He did a great job and was so polite. Thank you all for your help, I so appreciate it!

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. Took my cadillac in for service and tire rotation. Had them check alignment and found the front out of alignment so they made adjustments and got me out in record time. They go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied.

Had a warranty issue with my car and the service manager was very fair on the costs and labor of the replacement parts. Communication and knowledge of the issue was undeniably honest.
