Came in for first service after leasing the vehicle new in March 2025. We picked up the vehicle, ran a few errands, then while parked in the garage at home, noticed there was oil leaking from the bottom of the vehicle. They sent someone out to our home immediately to clean up the oil, turns out the drain plug had not been properly seated. This was addressed and there was no more leaking after the technician?s visit.

I purchased my Infiniti from another Infiniti store and it was having some issues I took it into the service department at Infiniti of Scottsdale and they went over all the problems it had and gave me what I felt was a fair price to fix it they so introduced me to a Sales Manager who was able to take the vehicle in on trade and put me in a BRAND NEW car. They were extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. They heard me out and got me into exactly what I was looking for now I have a new car with full warranty and it came with 3 years of maintenance. I got my brand new QX60 from Coulter Infiniti last year and it was a great experience. I absolutely love my service manager, Scott. He takes great care of me and if I have any issues with anything, Scott and all the staff work hard to resolve it. I love the GM and all the managers there also! You can trust what they say because they keep their word and that?s hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family. I visited the service department to service my brakes and windshield wiper fluid pump not working. This planned service appointment happened to fall at a time when it was close enough to needing an oil change so they did that also. I have been a customer at Coulter Infinity for 7 years and have never ever had an unfriendly or unprofessional experience. I highly recommend them for your vehicle.
