I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

Was greeting the moment I drove in. Definitely good Customer service they were able to turn a bad situation to a good experience. John and Ezekiel were very helpful in getting my car in to get worked on. Will definitely be coming back

The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Overall the facility is quite nice. Everything we were told before we even arrived was accurate and no gotcha's or pressure at all.. Highly recommended as it was a very nice experience.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I was not really impressed with anyone else’s knowledge or simple honesty. I applaud Chris for ensuring that this was a positive experience for my wife. She is extremely happy with her new 60! In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

Their service department is simply first class, Trou Dunn was service consultant and he did a remarkable job getting our rather unusual problem with out Infinit solved.
