Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Great car, but would be better with more options for the instrument cluster display. Very smooth ride and good features. Plenty of cargo space. Love it

I completed my deal in less then 2 hours , gave me good money for my trade and a deal on the new one.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Overall I had a pleasant experience with this dealership and would definitely return when I purchase my next vehicle.

They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.
