Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Really nice lot with amazing low mileage options. A range of car models and years. Had a lovely conversation with my salesman about my options based on my needs in a car (1 hour drive to work daily), and got a 2016 Toyota Camry!

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking at various options. Manager was also easy to work with and make my deal happen. Made extra effort to make deal happen and drive car out that night (stayed an hour after closing!). Found a spot later on car, without hesitation, took it to shop and buffed out, they could have easily not done this. Great experience!
