The front seat of our three month old Infinity QX 60 stopped working properly, so we stopped in at the local dealership. They took the car in and within a couple hours let us know it was a faulty motor from the factory. a new part has been ordered and would arrive the next morning by 9:00 am. By 11:00 am, we had our SUV back, and the seat is working perfectly.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Always excellent service. I purchased FX35 in 2008 new and i have never missed a service appointment.. it has over 150 thou miles and i still own it. And is reason i purchased QX60 this year. 2008 is currently in service waitng for a part that is out of stock.

Everything was great. I wish they showed me all the features of the car before they walked me out. That way if i had any questions they could?ve answered it. Otherwise everything was great.

He managed to make an experience that usually is a stressful and frustrating "dance", direct and achievable all while being the most personable respectful and kind gentleman. (We met briefly with Kent who I would like to also say was a gentleman.I note this because in my experience of car dealerships, from purchasing to leasing over the past 30 years, I have met few truly upstanding individuals.) We would also like to note that despite a hiccup during our final transaction the following morning, not having anything to do with Sales, the GM Brandon stepped in and effortlessly resolved all by personally handling it himself. We are grateful for the prompt attention he provided, outstanding customer service. It is quite apparent the pride he takes in his dealership an excellence he seeks the customer to receive. We have full intention of returning again.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

When I have a problem with my vehicle I just call him and he always get me in and repaired in a good amount of time. Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
