Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. The owner Greg also reached out during the buying process to make sure his team were taking great care of me. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted and the entire team were great. Mark and Oscar hooked it up they got me in a good car and I was in bad situation and they did what it took to help me. Everyone is super friendly.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield
