I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and go See Jackie, she was excellent!!! I'm not a fan of car shopping usually it ends up being a pressure sale, with Jackie it was more like shopping with a friend. she worked within my budget and went above and beyond right down to finding me the exact interior and exterior color.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

Looking for a Tesla and they had a model 3, only 3 months old. Freddy was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were taken care of during the financial process, too. The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I've had my 2022 QX60 Autograph (my 8th Infiniti) for approximately 600 miles, with a 70-mile daily commute, split evenly between highway and country roads. From the moment the Monograph was revealed, I know this was my next car. The wait was long but worth it. Unlike the targeted buyers, I use my cars for both commuting and hauling, and very rarely have the rear seats up. The cargo volume is an important reason for getting the QX60. (My wife drives the QX50.) Everything from Style to Performance are 5-star. With gas prices at all-time highs, I've been averaging between 28 and 30 mpg in eco-mode - that's 45 on the country roads and 65-70 on 95! Never a fan of auto-off at stops, I've found it does add miles to the tank - the computer lets you know- and decreases total emissions. While the beautiful Autograph interior leather, materials, and paint is a subjective taste, the Vision Package, IMO, is an amazing necessity. Once one uses the rear-view mirror camera and Head Up Display, it's hard to imagine driving a car without this package. To improve this vehicle, I can offer two suggestions to NISSAN: 1) offer an option to increase the lane change turn clicks (Hyundai Palisade) and volume, and 2) allow the power side view mirrors to retract when parked and locked, something available in their QX50 - an obvious and goofy oversight. Finally, the most important reason I keep coming back to INFINITI is dependability and safety. Add everything else and the 2022 QX60 comes away a stunning winner.

Infiniti has always delivered in the exterior design department for their models, with the QX60 in dire need of a redesign and the concept Monograph QX60, I knew the vehicle would look great for the exterior. But where they really “WOW’d” me was the overall package of the vehicle. New for the QX60 is a 9speed auto, and a departure from the dual screen layout for the entertainment system. In addition we get a fully digital 12” instrument cluster, 10.8” HUD. Really bringing the QX60 up to where Infinitis standards should had been. Also adding to the small but valued features, we now get memory seating for the driver. All these new additions to the great build quality and high end materials finished throughout the vehicle, it’s certainly now a car I love to sit behind the wheel of. Talking about that, the 9 speed auto is such a huge improvement over the CVT, those shifts through the gears makes the QX60 feel like it’s not running out of breathe compared to the previous QX60s CVT droning. I am 6 ft 1 inch and my older kids are also my size. Yes Infiniti seems to be gearing the advertising to families with kids but this is not true in my case. We are an older family and we love this SUV especially the long trips. Infiniti really wants to take back its crown for the best selling luxury SUV, although it’s got tougher competition, it will only make Infiniti one step better than it was before.

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. No surprises and no headaches. a superior experience all around, with special touches like the big red bow on the car for pics and a gong inside the dealership my son could hit to celebrate his very first car.

Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.

Dealership representative contacted me right away and when I ask for more details about the car I was interested in , they got back to me with the information I asked for right away.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

Good service and sales experience. Tell Infiniti Headquarters this is my 3rd car from them, and I’ll buy a 4th if they put the QX80 motor into the QX70 body. They’ll also eat Porsche’s lunch on the Macan if they do that….
