IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

Big engine(400 hp), most ground clearance, most luxury features on base model, Infiniti reliability, hassle free sales process(negotiated trade in, purchase price etc all over the phone) elegant quality interior. Tahoe’s/Yukon’s are now a dime a dozen.

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

Bought it used 8 years old with 115km on it. Looks amazing, drives fantastic, comfort, power, safety, heavy vehicle around 6300 lbs but moves and handles very well, extremely quite for such a large truck with a big V8. The workmanship and quality of interior is next to non, the seats are large and super comfortable, entertainment system is top noch when it comes to sound quality. Wife, kids and myself absolutely love this thing. It is a joy to go for a several hour long trips in something this big, heavy, quite and comfortable. And great value for what you get especially comparing it to something like a escalade which is much more expensive and most likly half as reliable. For 2016 this thing is loaded with features and tech I didn't even know existed back then. The negatives: paint all though looks great it chips easy and rusts, might be kess of an issue if you live in warm dried climates. GPS system on the 2016 sucks, it's overcomplicated, counterintuitive and outdated. The entertainment system is also outdated and lacks USB ports etc but that's to be expected for the model year. The radio, satellite radio and speaker system is outstanding however. Also like a lit the fact that it doesent have the new electronic guages and all oversized screens everyware but instead it hase z very high quality old style Guages and needle system. Absolutely love that fact and the esthetics and gual7ty is outstanding. Overall, we load it. Planning yo keep it for a long time, prabobly untill it falls apart 15 years from now. For thd money we paid for it which was $32k CAD i don't see what vehicle you can buy that even comes anywhere close to what you get for your money.

This car drives like a dream. Handles extremely well for its size. We've driven through torrential Texas rainstorms and there was never any slipping. Very safe and comfortable ride. No mechanical issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have purchased 3 QX80 vehicles from your dealership over the last 7 years. Previous years before I had owned 2 Cadillac Escalades. The QX 80 in my view is far more comfortable and a better buy! Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.

We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership. ROGER WALES. manager, was GREAT work with. Savannah greeted us at the door of the dealership, with a genuine smile and helpful nature. She was just a delightful young woman. (It was so nice not to be attcked in the parking lot by smarmy sales people, trying to grab you before you even get out of your car.) It was all so low key and relaxing. Savannah guided us to Roger and we chatted a bit. He was so warm and personable. Roger introduced us to Charles, who was equally charming. He showed us a couple of cars and mom who found the perfect pre-owned Infiniti. Just what she was looking for. Test drove it agreed on a price and boom, mom had her her. We were almost sad to leave, because it was such a GREAT experience. I know that sounds crazy, but truly, it was a wonderful experience.
