The styling, handling, comfort, performance, and much more make this a one of kind car. 2012 was the year Infinity called it a FX35, thereafter it was renamed QX70. In 2017, the QX70 was the last one produced. Who knows why, but BMW and Mercedes picked up on the design. This will not last.

For the first time I drove this car, I feel very satisfied. I like the sound and the smoth engine sound while ecelerating. I love everything about the so far anyway.

I recently had two of my Infiniti 's serviced at West Chester. Greg was my service manager and did awesome job with accommodating appointments. Very courteous team at West Chester. Everyone is friendly and made me feel inclusive. I was able to bring my dog along for one of the services. He was also welcomed with open arms and can't wait to come back. Don't ever lose your touch. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

The entire process from Mohit, the very professional sales consultant, down to the used car appraisal, to delivery was much easier than at other dealers. My wife, who hates the entire process, felt very at ease throughout the time we spent there( which was less than 2 1/2 hours total). IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

I have to mention how patient and professional Greg was with me and my situation. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole ordeal with Grace and patience.

The Infinity is an excellent, & safe vehicle. I brought both of my infinity's from SW infiniti. The staff are honest, knowledgeable, & professional, also friendly.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.
