Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled. I’m happy to say that the service dept personnel were so very understanding of my situation and even though they were booked up made room for me that same afternoon. So very pleased to having found a dealership that understands “life happens “ and were committed to taking care of me. I know this is not the case everywhere and am beyond appreciative.

I love our 2011 infiniti G37 Sedan. My mom has owned her G since 2014 with nearly 50,000 miles. The car was intended to replace our 2003 Lexus GS300 due to problems throughout the years with that car. 11 years later at 191,000 we only have good things to say about the G37. We had no issues regarding the car. The car has been reliable since day 1. From times where it snowed in Georgia, to roadtrips to Tennesee, the car always started up with no issues. As the car got older and mileage got higher, it still was reliable. It may have some hicups now and then, but as long as you take care of it, it will take care of you.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

During the week of August 19, I called the scheduling department to have my car picked up and taken to the dealership for a brake and a battery inspection on September 4. I owned this car for 7 years and drove it 131,000 miles with no major problems. I loved the design, power, performance, and comfort. The AWD was awesome in rain and snow. Only way to improve the vehicle would be to improve the gas mileage or at least make it run on regular not premium gas. It was the most amazing car I ever owned until I was rear ended and it was totaled. It took the hit like a champ though. Solid car. Probably saved my life.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

This car is great. Just dont go to Island Auto Mall In Freeport long island New York! They will not help you if you dont go back in person. You will have to argue with a bunch of ppl to get any help. Even simple paperwork they are responsible to send.

Been looking and looking for my first Tesla EV. I spoke to Jake on the phone a few times. But Jake was off on the day I could come out. So, Jake had me meet with Alonzo what a great experience. I felt like I got a great deal but almost as important to me a great client experience! No back in forth just a deal that was good for all parties! P

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I made a long drive to look at a specific car. Lo and behold they actually did hold it for me! They were transparent about everything, no high pressure sales tactics, it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. The price was fair, and the finance team didn't pressure-upsell either. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.

I considered cars and brands from 6 different dealerships over a two week period. I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

The Service Department staff at Infiniti of Dublin are exceptional. They listen well to your concerns, follow-up with you, and do the best job of any auto service department in Columbus, OH. My car was returned to looking better than when I arrived after being washed. I scheduled my next appointment!

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call!
