I've loved this car since the day I bought it used in 2016 with only 24k miles. It is such a pleasure to drive or just be inside of. I've taken it back and forth to NC a couple of times and was always quite comfortable even on those long drives. The sound system and BT have always worked seemlessly and better than most other cars I've been in. The power and handling are delightful. My average fuel economy is about 27mgp. The exterior design is beautiful. Low maintenace. Low road noise. I'm broken hearted that I'm reaching the end of life for the HEV Battery pack and the dealer wants nearly $15k to replace it. I would love to keep this car another 5 to 10 years but I cannot justify that expense. I fear I will never love another car the same..

Great people to work with. They got me into the car I wanted and were honest about everything. It made the buying process a lot easier.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

It exceeded all expectations. I went in for an oil change they got my car back to super quick and it was vacuumed and washing! Great work!!

Reliable and beautiful design. Fun to drive. Good tires. The headlights shine on the night and daytimes. Led tube turn signal and day/night time. Good leather seat.

I went in for an oil change and Derek was very helpful and attentive. There were several clients ahead of me, but all jobs were done quickly. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Job well done.

The best car you can have , Cvt is not an issue at all, Jeep cvt is bad nissans is good , confort another level

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it

I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

Thank you very much for a pleasant car buying experience. Russ was a wonderful sales guy. Personable, easy to talk to and genuine so this made negotiations more relaxed. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. The straps that hold seat belts on top of seat have both failed. I bought the car after it was confiscated from a drug dealer in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. So it had some rough treatment. The driver side seat back has wear in the first panel. I think it was from Cops using it for under cover. Their guns and other equipment destroys drivers seats on patrol cars. But the car is a frigging rocket.

Seems to be a great ride and the used price is not bad. Be sure you use the high octane gas, otherwise the fuel pumps, yes there are two high and low pressure, may get gunked up and damaged as the lower octane gas doesn't burn clean enough and the residue can clog the fuel pumps.

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! Our salesman name is Roy, (I feel like a idiots because I kept calling him Ray & he was such a good sport about it) Anyway Roy wanted to put our intrest before anything.. I have many times been at dealerships feeling pressured & uneasy.. not here the handful of workers here were great to do business with, even the guy Branden who did the finalizing paperwork was great to do business with.. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.
