For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

This is my best pick.. we have two cars in the family. Both FX35, one AWD and one RWD. They are absolutely different in driving. However both cars are awesome. No issues with maintenance.

Great car overall. Outdated technology. No bluetooth music streaming in the base model. Very under rated. BIG bang for the buck. Could have had better exhaust sound. Gets good combined gas mileage.

He was incredible as all the other advisors I've had the pleasure of working with. I cannot think of anything negative about Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Happily we recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota 4runner at Inifiniti of Bellevue. It had many scrathes in various places on the body. Derek indicated that all but a couple could be buffed out. The others would need touch up paint. We were amazed at how beautiful it looked when we picked it up! They did a fantastic job!!! We are so pleased!!!

I had bought a used jeep grand Cherokee and very happy w my purchase and customer service It needed a new battery and they replaced it

I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.
