I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. With 1 short visit to Joe, we walked out with what I believe was a very good deal on a Pre owned Certified 2019 Tuscon. I wasted so much time and effort going everywhere else. This car is so fun to drive. It’s so fast and quick handles like a dream heated seats back up camera and pearl white paint. You can’t go wrong with this one. There is nothing wrong with this car.

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

moe had me in and out within 45 minutes , he got me in a nice fully loaded nissan rogue with bad credit def give this place a shot

I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

Great service experience. Nothing is unattended from start to end. Loaner was not possible so got dropped off and picked up again to pick up service vehicle. Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. Would have been more better experience if would have been give little more discount. Anyway, looking forward to get nice sales experience when ready to buy vehicle from them. Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.

One of the smoothest running cars I’ve ever driven. Smart styling and easy handling. Has all the features, amenities and upscale options ones finds distinctive and comfortable. Infiniti did a good job o this one.

I contacted them by email and they got right back to me. Most dealer don't do that. I chatted with Farren for over a half hour which really got me to know the car and the dealership. Over the next few days we had more conversations. Always polite and informative. Backed by an equally helpful administrative team. I couldn[t be more positive.

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
