I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.

I so miss this car. One of the most fun and elegant cars I've ever owned. I want it again. Just debating on whether to bite the bullet.

I have been more than satisfied with my relationship with Mossy Infiniti Oceanside. In part, the Infiniti warranty is great as well as the location of the dealership is very convenient. However, what makes my experience with Mossy is my relationship with the service department. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of from the moment you drive in. My service representative, Melissa, is right there to greet me before I even get out of the car. I have never had better service! (Forget the roses, Lexus, and provide personalized, caring, and competent service!) Several times I have had very unique and technical questions regarding a service that was performed. IF she did not know the answer, she immediately left me and found my service provider to get the answer. She truly is a ray of sunshine and has become a trusted friend and advocate if necessary. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.
