I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

They always provide good service. The service advisor is a great guy and always willing to assist me and make sure my service needs are met.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

He was very nice to my wife and made sure she Had bottle water or sodas, and carried a friendly conversation with her while I was signing paperwork. before taking possession of the new vehicle, he made sure it had been detailed. After explaining details of the vehicle he insisted that I come back the next day so he could go over everything and make sure that I understand the operations of the vehicle. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was normally done. While signing the paperwork, I was asked by multiple sales personnel if I needed anything. Everyone was friendly and gave you the impression that they were there to help if I needed anything while my sales rep was shuffling the paperwork back-and-forth. Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable; however, the wait times to be seen by financing and then to wait on car to be completed in delivery bay was excessive.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

Fun to drive only problem is the outdated infotainment system. i havent had any other issues with it. good if you know how to use the dual clutch

The car is reliable and comfortable but it doesn’t do anything great or exceptional performance is pretty good although I think it’s underpowered interior is nice trunk space is a little small imo overall it’s a stylish daily driver that’s worth buying for the right price I give it a C+
