I purchased an Alfa Romeo from this dealership. All went extremely smoothly. Being that I don't live in Atlanta, I had my daughter who does test drive it for me. The car is nice. I always add a bumper to bumper warranty with my used vehicles. My only complaint was I have never purchased a car and the dealer did not give me a full tank of gas.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

There what is the miscommunication between the sales people and the manager David Love and I got pretty upset about it because it was not what we agreed upon and I put a deposit down and we kind of talked back-and-forth and he called me back and said that he was going to refund my deposit in so he did right by me and that’s very rare in this world and so I recommend this dealership highly just for this.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!
