Everyone greets you with a heart warming smile and you are made to feel right at home from the time you enter the parking lot. My favorite employee is Shane Hewitt he is hilarious he has a great sense of humor he is very knowledgeable about the place and I have been by there many times and if he ever has a bad day I sure can’t tell it his bubbly personality lights up my day every time I wish I had even a portion of his sauce. Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

Awesome Q60 Red Sport 400. The dual informational center needs a serious upgrade. Needs better exhaust sound especially on the red sport 400. Overall I give the red sport 4.5 out of 5.

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

I have a 2021 Q60 and I love it. It has good power and plenty of features as well as the Bose sound system sounding pretty good. The gas milage is good too. Overall I would reccomend this car.
