This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

By far the best car I've ever owned. Very reliable, powerful and great looking. Interior quality is superb. Fantastic traction in snow thanks to the all wheel drive. Great handling. I love everything about this car.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. First Nissan I bought was a ‘96 Maxima. Second was a ‘16 Maxima Third was an ‘04 Infiniti G35 Current is a ‘12 Infiniti G37X and let me tell you…. It’s the fastest of all the Nissans I’ve owned. Yes for those who don’t know, an Infiniti is a Nissan, just the upgraded version, and they started comparing the first G series as the American replacement for the Skyline since the Skyline is a Nissan, I guess the G series is the replacement for the Skyline? Whatever the case there, immediately started looking for performance upgrades and there is truly a LOT out there! My older brother is the one who first started getting me into the Infiniti cause he has 2 M35’s, both ‘06 and he started posting on down forum for customizing and apparently people from all over the country started asking for those exact aftermarket upgrades. He owns his aftermarket company for customizing cars, trucks, SUC’s, Motorhomes, boats, ATV’s, ATC’s, motorcycles…. You get the idea, and I started checking for all the upgrades I can start putting into my extremely sexy G37X. Mine is the AWD version, so no burning out when hitting the gas, MUCH better control and handling, the power is fantastic!, but of course j want faster and able to corner better. The only thing I don’t like, is the comfort for the leather front seats. They’re heated, so the cushion isn’t very much sadly. It’s not worn down AT ALL! This car had to be adult/elderly owned cause the condition is so incredibly impeccable, it’s crazy how gorgeous this car is! Have to clean the trunk carpet cause there was an empty bottle of Method soap and a giant area where the soap leaked out, but a nice detailed wash will take care of that. My car is black and no tint yet, but the AC cools off VERY fast! The sporty steering wheel is so tight with turning, it feels amazing. Love the growl from the exhaust, again completely stock, but upgrade the intake and exhaust right off the bat, increase the 330hp motor easily to 365-375hp for a nice start. And since the engine is bigger than the previous versions, you want a low growl sounding exhaust like the R34. Interior is much bigger than my G35 was, quite a bit larger also, which gives options for TV’s in the headrest and a the audio is Bose all around, so just add some subwoofers and the amps, leave the rest stock since Bose makes really good quality speakers. Yes, you can always upgrade, but I need a theme to start with and see where I go from there. Overall, completely loving my car!!! Still more to explore, but it has every stock upgrade that was available for this car, and I am extremely happy with it!!!
