I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

Great service experience. Nothing is unattended from start to end. Loaner was not possible so got dropped off and picked up again to pick up service vehicle. Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. Would have been more better experience if would have been give little more discount. Anyway, looking forward to get nice sales experience when ready to buy vehicle from them. This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

It was just an oil change and tire rotation including a loaner car. It was nice that it all went well with no problems at all. Thank you for taking care of us.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Every time we have to service our car at this dealership we are treated like family. Appointment is made quickly and serviced with care. We always are given a loaner car so we are able to continue with our daily activities.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

I recently purchased my second Infiniti after owning my first for 10 years. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Never any pressure. The service department is great ! Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.
